Growing up, my father would always tell me that “Health is Wealth.” At the time, I didn’t fully grasp the importance of this phrase. However, the outbreak of COVID-19 has made it abundantly clear that our health is indeed our most valuable asset. This pandemic has taken countless lives and has caused fear and panic among people all over the world.
